The app consolidates a range of Navy uniform resources, including NAVADMINS, policy updates, FAQs, and illustrations, making it easy to access all relevant guidance in one convenient location.
One of the app's standout features is the Uniform Browser, which allows users to view visual examples of correct uniform wear for different occasions and ranks. By selecting different options, such as rank/rating and components, users can easily find the information they need along with accompanying visuals.
The NAVPERS 15665J section is particularly useful, as it provides comprehensive information on the main elements of this NAVPERS guide. Key chapters focus on uniforms for male and female Enlisted, Chief Petty Officers, and Officers, as well as grooming and appearance standards.
In addition to the NAVPERS guide, the app also includes a NAVADMIN Library section. This section provides links to a variety of articles and regulations that are relevant to maintaining proper wear and care of Navy uniforms.
